The successful 24th edition of the <strong>Granfondo Internazionale Felice Gimondi \u2013 Bianchi<\/strong>, held in <strong>Bergamo <\/strong>on <strong>May 8th<\/strong>, <strong>2022<\/strong>, keeps improving its overall outcome. Besides the positive feedback on the road, witnessed by the <strong>sold out<\/strong> of the <strong>3500 race numbers<\/strong>, the organization of <strong>G.M.S<\/strong>. achieved to raise <strong>over \u20ac20.000<\/strong> for different charity projects.<\/p>\n<p>The total amount donated by organizer <strong>Giuseppe Manenti<\/strong> and its<strong> G.M.S.<\/strong> is of <strong>\u20ac20.258<\/strong><strong>, <\/strong>split on three different projects. <strong>\u20ac15.000<\/strong> to the Verona \u201cAmici di Francesco\u201d NPO, an association active on an international level to help creating a better future for kids. This amount comes from the selling of the \u201c<strong>Magnificent Fifteen<\/strong>\u201d, an artwork made by Manenti himself and consisting of fifteen panels representing the most iconic wins of Felice Gimondi\u2019s great career.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u20ac3.100<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>went to \u201c<strong>Amici del Cuore<\/strong>\u201d, a NPO from Torre Boldone (Bergamo, Italy), long-lasting partner of the Granfondo Gimondi, taking care of the \u201cPasta Party\u201d after the event every year since 1999. Over the years, the donations made by the Granfondo bearing the name of the great Bergamo champion to this association sum up for over <strong>\u20ac100.000.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Last but not least, <strong>thirteen charity registrations<\/strong> have been sold for a total of <strong>\u20ac2.158<\/strong>.
