Only ten weeks separate us from the 19th edition<\/strong> of the Granfondo Internazionale Felice Gimondi – Bianchi<\/strong>. Here are ten adjectives \u2013 one for every week \u2013 to understand the uniqueness of this event and all the history that\u2019s surrounding it, with 18 editions<\/strong> held so far and 68812 participants<\/strong>. The 2015 edition of the Granfondo Internazionale Felice Gimondi – Bianchi will take place on Sunday May 10th<\/strong>, in Bergamo<\/strong>, and once again will be a special and unique event, because it is\u2026<\/p>\n 1. ECONOMICAL<\/strong>: registration costs only 32 Euro: of the most important Granfondos, the Gimondi is always the less expensive, despite the fact its services are excellent.<\/p>\n 2. FLEXIBLE<\/strong>: three beautiful routes: short (89,4 km)<\/strong>, medium (128,8 km)<\/strong>, and long (162,1 km)<\/strong> and the possibility to decide during the race which you will ride.<\/p>\n 3. SAFE<\/strong>: 60 motorcycles<\/strong>, 1000 meters of barriers<\/strong> at the start and finish, 250 people<\/strong> at the crossroads, 40 radio amateurs<\/strong> on the course, 40 autovehicles<\/strong> \u2013 among them emergency cars and broom wagons, and 70 health workers<\/strong> ready to provide any help it\u2019s needed.<\/p>\n 4. CONVENIENT<\/strong>: from the International Airport \u201cCaravaggio\u201d Orio al Serio<\/strong> to the center of Bergamo there\u2019s only a five-minute drive, the airport being the third most busiest Italian airport, with 36 million passengers every year. Bergamo is easy to reach by fans from all over Europe.<\/p>\n 5. SUPPORTIVE<\/strong>: ten mechanical assistance points and five other with refreshments will be on the course: the Granfondo Felice Gimondi leaves no one behind.<\/p>\n 6. FESTIVE<\/strong>: before and after the race, everyone is invited to enjoy at the Lazzaretto di Bergamo<\/strong>, the biggest and most beautiful of the headquarters, with 10 000 square meters of green space.<\/p>\n 7.
